Weekly sessions of around 8 hours in total, working together is recommended and can take place online or in-person at my Studio in Holmfirth.

Emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt. The types of emotions which lead us to experience anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, insecurity, indecisiveness, physical pain, weight gain, emotional eating, the list continues.

Using a multidimensional approach to healing and your specific needs, i will work intuitively and recommend a bespoke plan to suit your healing journey.

Whether you are wanting to experience deep relaxation or work on your spiritual growth, the techniques i use will bring you an overall sense of wellbeing and clarity on your journey.

We have come through many timelines, bringing with us the pain and trauma which our hearts still bear.  

Unexplained emotions and triggers, belief patterns, coping strategies and physical pain in the body, keeping us from living from the heart, being in the light and remembering our true selves.   

I work with the energies of reiki, source light, crystals and sound and i will ensure that you experience a safe container to allow you a space to release, process and flourish.

These sessions may be a one-off, a programme of sessions or you may want a monthly maintenance programme to keep on top of your holistic health and spiritual development. Sessions would take place at my studio in Holmfirth.
